A diskless program?
« on: November 26, 2005, 10:03:00 AM »
I just went through HECK! trying to find out what was corrupting my graphics after a recent OS upgrade. Finally found it to be a tweeky, slightly worn out "Hordes" disk that wasn't quite downloading correctly. Purchased a "Diamond" edition of NWN (everything on one DVD downloadable disk) to correct my problem. Anyone know of a program to run NWN without a disk after it's downloaded? They seem to appear for other games as they reach their commercial endlife. If you know of one-post here....

I play NwN without my Hordes cd on my drive, it's a feature added by Bioware on their last patch, which is 1.66.

Did you update your game yet? Might work.

I think it runs without a disk now anyway...since the last Bioware update I haven't been using mine anyway :)
