I have been trying to find a way to say thank you that does not sound like I am "kissing-up" or trying for brownie points. Failing that, I will just say a general Thank You to the community here.
What I have seen of the world here so far is great! A lot of hard work has gone into this. Thank you.
The community here has been very helpful, even if I am asking a somewhat naive question. They will send me to the proper area or a link to what I need to know. Or even give me a friendly slap upside the head when I have done something stupid. It has literally been years since I have joined a community that involved any kind of gaming that did not get reduced to flaming and insults by a few idiots. I have seen none of that here...even after going through posts over a year old. Mature gamers...so rare nowdays. Thank you.
And thanks to the DMs. Especially the character quality crew. You provide input and ask for details without being condescending or spoiling a character concept. That is much appreciated. Thank you...I know it can't always be that fun to read so many backgrounds.
