[SIZE=18]According to official news from House Dower of Fort Velensk, Lord Fregnar Dower has fallen ill and unable to attend to matters of the House Dower.  Lady Masha Dower, the daughter of Lord Fregnar Dower, is currenting the acting head of the house and runs the family business for her father.[/SIZE]

Lady Masha Dower is now presumablely dead, and the body cannot be found.  Lord Alek Dower has taken over all the family businesses and house functions for House Dower.
