    Remember the Memories, Leolaka's Entries.
    « on: December 07, 2005, 02:55:00 PM »
He sighs, and takes out a brand new book in which he only just bought, along with some ink. He sits near a tree in Fort Velensk on a bright sunny day. He opens the book as Mare buzzes around in excitement watching her friend at work, he then smiles as he ponders what to write

Well, first entry in this book...I guess I am writing this because so I can just remember back on times, and If I loose this book, then people can remember me and Mare, I hope anyway...

Not a lot happened, just got back from Berhagans mountains. I went along with a very cute elf, Nyyana. Also, along with another elf, Nim, and another who's name I never asked for and not know at this time. Rylok, a good old friend of mine, excellent with that big axe of his came along to.

I was in Hlint when I got a message of Rylok, he told me that he were going to Berhagan mountains, so I decided to pop along also. I managed to dash as quick as my elvan legs could run, to Fort Velensk and managed to meet everyone. We did enter at first, Me, Aries, Rylok, Nyyana and another elvan man called Menidar, but they had to leave...for some reason unknown to me. So, we turned back to see if we could find that strange covered up elf and Nim, see where they got to.

We managed to find them outside of Port Hampshire, they were...chatting girl topics I guess, then that elf...covered all in dark colours starting attacking me verbally about how I always rush ahead. I had to correct her and she eventually calmed down. I don't want anymore hatreds at the moment, I can only handle so much...

Eventually, Nim suggest we go back to those mountains...does she spend her life there? Or was it something about revenge? Well, whatever it is, she seems to learn fast, well since the last time I saw her. We then dashed off with invisibility to Berhagan mountains.

Many an gem beast we encountered, but these were more difficult then what I have faced, thankfully that elf cast alot of magic and destroyed everything in sight, very...inspiring I would say but that is not my direction of thought at this present time. After busting up some gem beasts we headed off to Shoufal in which past that snowy town we came across some giants. The giants threw rocks but never hurt us due to our skin was stoned, very useful stuff, I plan to learn it one day.

The gaints were cut down quickly, due to the fact that...mysterious elf summoned an angel almost, such beauty and strength I was entranced...she just strike so swiftly and her magical powers great! Caves we eventually encountered, in which we all walked in with tools of war away. We were searching for a man named Garg. I asked some dwarves nearby...not so chatty folks...

We did eventually find this Garg person, a human in dwarven territory oddly...Nim talked to this man completing some sort of task and none noticed Nyyana running off to explore for a while. We walked out and I was beginning to feel fear due to the silent mist, so, I tended to shout...more...shout whatever I said so I felt no fear.

Outside of the caves we went, with Nyyana found we continued onto in the mountains, more fighting gaints and cleared out a cave always full of giants. We then headed back to Velensk in which a lot didn't happen. Until the next entry I guess...

At the bottom of the entry it has some very neat and smooth hand writing, different from the rest
    Remember this, Remember you.

      Argument and distrust.
      « Reply #1 on: December 08, 2005, 02:54:00 PM »
He sits near the fire with his friends, Srak and Rylok, along with a very pretty girl called Legodia, he opens up his book and hands a small pen to Mare, who draws a picture summing up what she has experienced so far and what she wants to remember, then when she is done she looks up at Leo and smiles. He begins to write another entry. With the picture coming first, "Abi Mean Girl", now labled after Mare's request.

Night time now, the stars are out and crickets sing in the grass. I feel relaxed somehow, after some fired heated arguments. I woke up in Fort Velensk today, about to head back to Hlint, when a bird arrived for me from Srak and Aries, requesting to go to the Berhagan mountains again. I decided to go, and wait at Fort Velensk with them. Good hunting is always a good start for me.

Eventually everyone arrived at Fort Velensk, weapons out and all, Friends appeared, Good ones I must say, Srak, Ashall, Rylok, Aries. Also an elf whoms name I never asked for, a shifter greater than Aries helped us hunt in the mountains, also Menidar came, but went after a while. The elf shifted in all kinds of forms to aid us in combat against the gem beasts and giants, she had strength in any form, from a kobalt to a lizardfolk warrior, I was very impressed.

We did eventually come back, split the gold and I received my share, went to the bank planning for more adventure and came back to find a crowd had formed. The crowd included a very beautiful, slim, blonde and...naked...yes naked my dreams had came true girl there. I approached her and sweet talked her to try to get her to like me. Always work, but, this time it didn't, seems she hates me now.

Another enemy, but she shall remember me, good or bad...

Abi, Trysk, Barion, and another girl was there. Abi came over to me and gave me the usual, death threats etc. I DID eventually find out the reason for her disliking me. I was rude to her. Why? Because I spoke elvan with her name included, my own race's tongue! I didn't say anything horrid at all! But she seemed so bad tempered. But, Nim who came along with the trip with us told me to ignore her, as she is jealous of our race, I secretly agreed to this, but didn't want to say much, I don't want Abi to hate me as people say she is nice. I want to see that nice side THEN make an opinion of her.

After some argument and distrust from Abi, I walked over to a nearby tree for some air and free the heat I had stored up, Mare came by my side and talked to me. At least she was there for me, she helped me gain the courage to stand back up and not back down. Like I did against all those bandits years ago...
I walked over, behind Rylok, I needed his defence I felt, He pointed about the largeness of Nim's bow, it was big I must say, she must shoot many an arrow that kills monsters instantly.

      How do I recognise  her?.

Everyone was talking about me then, I didn't like it, I pretended to ignore it but, they still chatted until they went. They went, I was angry with Abi the most, but said no foul language against her. Just, she doesn't understand Leo, that's all.

After some time of more chatting, we decided to go to Ajari swamps nearby to hunt some trolls, Srak then suddenly blurted out that Mare wanted to kill me. I questioned Mare about this, she pleaded her innocence. Srak wanted to take her wings off, and kill her. I believed her, I don't distrust her, I need her to...to remember what I do.

Remember me, Remember you, Right Leo?

The trolls were lots of fun! Slash, chop dice, seems the only threatening combat words Rylok knew, but seemed to work well, he's great with that axe.

Srak's sneakies as well, they are improving...How he shall become a great sneaker one day.
Legodia came with us also, healing powers and thundering magic did she have, very great I would say, but still threw spiteful comments due to my previous actions. I just ignored this in hope that she will get over it all.

Arriving back to Velensk, we had a successful trip, pleased with my efforts I deposited my well earned cash in the bank, and went by a camp, with a campfire for some rests with my mates.
      Good night!

        Illusions.
        « Reply #2 on: December 09, 2005, 09:45:00 AM »
He sits down at The Wild Surge Inn, the atmosphere is smokey and unclear. Mare, as usual is nearby buzzing around and talking to customers, chatty. He brings out his book of memories again, and begins to write, deciding what words to display on the page.

How do we know something is...there? How do you remember it?

I finally arrived back to Hlint.

I was at Fort Velensk, well I woke up there. None was there, and the morning was bright and just started, so I decided to go back to Hlint, to see who is there. Running through the Broken Forest, I saw undead wandering about, so I decided to stop them in their tracks. I learned alot alone and gained a bit of gold, something for the pockets to jingle I guess.

I was at the Krandor outskirts and I remembered I needed to make some lion leather armour, like mine for Srak, the tiny, green goblin, yet a good friend of mine. I slayed the lions, casting colour spray so they don't attack me back, stunned. I took their pelts and took the meat for cooking later use and headed back to Hlint.

The Goblin wastelands, The red light caves, I needed salt. I got the salt in those caves quickly, for I was tired after running far and wanted to sit on the bench just to...talk to people so they know who I am.
I got to Hlint, encumbered with salt and pelts, and Ranéwin, I think a human with a disliking for me was sat at a bench, along with a half-giant. The half-giant, I never got his name, I was hoping to make friends with him but he just stood there, gormless the whole time, unsure of what is going on. I guess the dragon got to him...heh.

Shelu popped along, she's another nice and attractive healer. We wandered onto the subject of beliefs, somehow I can't remember how...I described my beliefs to her, best write them down so anyone who may read this remember me a bit better:

THE WORLD WAS MADE BY ONE CREATOR, WHO MADE UP ALL THE RULES OF THE UNIVERSE, LIKE THE SPEED OF LIGHT, CREATION OF ALL THINGS THAT ARE LOGICAL TO US. ALTHOUGH SOME THINGS MAYBE ILLOGICAL TO US, IN ANOTHER WORLD THAT THE CREATOR MAY MAKE, IT WILL BE LOGICAL THERE...
FOR MY MAGIC TO BE CAST, I JUST HAVE A DEEP BELIEF IN MYSELF, SOMETIMES MY BELIEF IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH, EITHER FAILING THE SPELL OR THE SPELL NOT WORKING...
HOW DO I BELIEVE IN MYSELF? I BELIEVE EVERYTHING COULD BE AN ILLUSION.

Shelu found my belief interesting, but still she wasn't convinced...

"How do I cast my magic then? My God helps me in that"

I told her, that she believes in herself to cast the spell, but she see's herself as the God that she worships, though, the name I can't remember. He was linked to life, the lifegiver and preserver or something. We discussed how things are illusions and may trick us, about how we might percieve as something there when it may not be, Like...When I was there, as a protector of the bandits and now how I was...Forgotten...

At the bottom of the entry it has some very neat and smooth hand writing, different from the rest
        Remember this, Remember you.

          The Hunt is on.

Point Harbour, the air smells of sea, the air cries with sea gulls, Mare comes out of Leo's pocket after spending many hours watching him fight many beasts, finally able to be free in safety. Leo, as usual, gives her a small pen and a page out of his book. Mare draws and Leo looks around the harbour whilst on a bench in the port. Mare finishes, gives the book back to Leo, who then labels it "Magical Leo".

Blimy, what a day, or few days I must say! Not been writing in this for a while. I've had lots of fun, and learned lots as well. My blade has had heavy use, constantly enflamed and my magic always being cast, I feel exhausted now and need to take out a few hours...or days...

It started in Hlint, I found myself outside of the bank, and I was talking to some people. A drow...Evil ugly thing, vermin...She came along and nodded to me, how I felt anger and hatred towards her. I told her to leave my sight, then she started to stick up for herself, how stupid, in the end I got sick of her and ignored her. During the argument, many people's ears joined in. Seeing upon there was a group, I decided to take a chance, I asked people if they wished to go hunting with me, this is where it began.

Defron, Nyyana, Menidar, Endyrrn, A stranger whom I didn't know.

Let's go to the barbarian island, I thought...So we headed to Leilon to get a trip from there to Port Hampshire then from there to the Barbarian islands. The ship journeys were long but we eventually got there and stepped out into the freeze. Everyone was cold, and we wandered around the place. How bare it was just a white blanket though. We then entered into the wilderness to see what was there, Gnolls were there, we fought with them and managed to slay quite a few, before I fell and The stranger whom I didn't know passed away as well. It was too dangerous so I came back, with invisibility and got my grave then went back to Port Hampshire.

We headed off to Fort Valensk, to first of all clear out all the direwoods areas of ogres, spiders and undead. Endyrrn was a great mage with great magic, he was very powerful and strong, he aided us by weakening the beasts before they approached us. Arcane at it's best I guess, then I would go in with colour spray in an attempt to stun them. The caves were cleared out of all the berserkers and ogre mage, but then we got ambushed halfway through the cave, but managed to survive by defending all sides. That was a feel for true combat at it's best. We did leave the cave eventually to then move on to the Direwoods, firstly with the spirits and bone golems. Simple stuff, a quick fireball and then a few shots and chops and they were gone. Thank goodness for Defon's healing magic, it helped us keep in shape and unhurt.
After a while in the woods, then a halfing, named Rugo came into the Direwoods...

Huh? Where did he come from? How does he know we are here? Shall I invite him to come along...I shall, he will remember what I do in the future with his company.

He was a great monk, with a great ability to make things fall to their knees, with simple efforts. Clearing out the undead, we then moved to the other side of the forest where the spiders then rested. Well not for long anyway. I casted that ironguts spell on everyone to help resist the poison, it did well but the poison was way to strong, but still we managed to pull through until the giants terroitory.
The giants lair, many giants roamed here, and some badgers...

"Careful here, some giants and badgers live here!"
          "You mean, Giant badgers?"

They were slayed down to size quickly, picked up their unused gold and headed then to those Ajuri swamps, or something, never can I remember names of things. We did meet a nice monk along the way who was fighting the harpies called Jade. She seemed interested in our hunt and decided to come with us...

"Did I hear you coming to the swamps? Can I come?"

Trolls lived there, that could regenerate really rapidly, but not quick enough or our quick hands, slashing swords and brilliant magics. The swamp really smelled though, wasn't pleasant to be in, even Rugo complained...

          "Mud is in my boots..."
"How am I going to get all this dirt out of my clothes?"

We got quite deep into the swamps, and came across that temple again, with all those slaad monsters. We attempted to take one, but disappeared from sight and a red slaad came in view, then that divine magic that Defron casts, the bright one, came on top of my head and stunned Rugo who was nearby, I then called in the middle of battle...

          "RUN!

But, they didn't listen, they kept fighting so I ran, got out my bow and attempted to shoot some arrows into the enemies, but not as good as Nyyana's shots. They did fall eventually and we decided to turn back to Fort Valensk.

Fort Valensk, gold split, rested, prepared spells. We were ready for those gem beasts again...I was very ready due to they were so easy to slay, I was wrong, this time it were the more difficult ones. I told the elvan mage to do a counter spell against the enemy, so they couldn't cast their spells and we cut them into gemmed pieces. Shame I couldn't take any with me. Nyyana then needed me...

"L...Leo? Here, I got something for you but I don't know what it is"
"What is it? Huh, It's a wand..."
"Let me see that, WOW, it's a wand of lighting bolts! Impressive"

Blimy, I was amazed at that point as to how good it was, I was excited that I had a wand that I just tap and a bolt of lighting comes out...I had to try it out on the giants as soon as I could...

We came to Shoulfal and passed the town of snow into the giant mountains. I lured some beasts with my new lighting wand...oh how weak and pathetic it was, dealing so little damage I think it only tickled them...I was a bit down about my new wand, but no matter I still have my rapier. Deeper we went into the giant mountains until we came across the magical giants, much more fierce than the others with the ability to call upon lighting and cast great thunderclap. I thought we could take them but I was so wrong, the maurs came towards us with their hammers and then slapped us around the head along with some thunder calls. Nyyana passed onto the afterlife with the soul mother eating part of her soul, Oh dear...

We decided to turn around thinking we could go on no more, we got back to Shoulfal and headed back into those mountains, when a panther approached me with a note in the mouth.

"Dear Leo, I think I will sit this one out and...sulk, Nyyana"

Oh dear...well, we got back to Valensk and split the gold. But I felt unfulfilled and needed more adventure, but unsure as to where to go. Rugo spoke up and said we should go to North point because of mercinaries and giants. Well, might as well give it a shot. We got onto the boat, leaving Nyyana behind and heading to north point, binding our souls there.

Dinen Forest, We slayed mercenaries there, clerical ones that looked tough but working together we were able to do it, simple enough, how about giants though? We entered deeper into the forest and had a go at one giant on it's own, I made it blind and the monks knocked it over, very simple, let's try more! We tried the groups and everything, we just managed to do it. When I just couldn't go on no more and I needed to stop and rest, for quite a few hours I felt was needed...so we headed back to North Point where I took my gold and went to find a bench to start writing this entry.

At the bottom of the entry it has some very neat and smooth hand writing, different from the rest
          Remember this, Remember you.

            A new lesson learnt.

Hlint, near the waterside where the carp seem to live and grow, Mare appears and talks to the locals nearby. He gets out some ink and his book again and begins to write

What did I do today? I can't remember much! Oh no...

Well, I can't remember what I did today. Gelden filled up part of the day...yes, That's it, I think I'm remembering now.
I was in the craft house making some lion leather and Aries came in, wandering about if I would like to come to Dragon Isles with me, I agreed and I invited Gelden also, and another elf who, I forgot his name. Aries wanted to wait for Nim.

            "I'm not going without Nim"

Another girl-to-girl relationship? There seem to be too many at the moment...What's the point of having a world full of girl-to-girl relationships? Oh well...At least they can remember their past together. Time did pass, Aries went off somewhere, Unsure of where and we decided to go to Storalds crypt...or something like that. Slayed many undead until we eventually came across a door, locked.

            "Mare! I need you!"
            "Hehe, another lock to pick?"

She examined the door, no traps and she managed to pick it successfully, opened the door...WAM, she went to the after like...I screamed in my head, I hope she comes back...

            "AHHH! Leo....."

We went out, I wasn't in the mood anymore after that happened. We did go back to town and then decide to do the Leomyl for a change, that hasn't been done for quite a while...To Seilwood we come, And slayed ogres, spiders and beetles until we entered into Broken Forest, where we slayed undead. It was there that the man, the forgetful man who just never knew my name and kept asking my name then left us. So, me and Gelden rested up at Fort Hope and recovered our strength, and headed to the Satyrs.

"What's your name again? I believe we haven't met"

The satyrs were really easy to tackle, but I wanted to see...a myth of some sorts...Legend says a lady lives deeper in the wood where it is black and magic is altered. That lady can turn you to stone, so me and Gelden took a risk and entered into the black. We wandered around sometime, with out light spells activated and we saw her! A strange...woman with snakes...I only wanted a glimpse, so we turned back to Fort Hope.

Fort Hope, we then entered into the Sword rust mountains, but before we got there Defron bumped into us and he joined us, a good cleric, in the battle in the Eye of the stalk caves. We got inside, battle spiders, Elementals...Huge ones almost knocked me out completely, beholders, mind frayers...Umber hulks. In the end we did manage to live and get an eye of the stalk. But we had to get past some battle devourer or something...Defrons divine magics defeated it.

Outside, air, fresh air...I headed to Hope for some rest.

A couple of hours later I awoke, and ran back to Hlint, found Sen and Ferrit to talk to, and someone else...Glug? We chatted for a while until that drow came along...we talked for a while, then Daren and Yar came along and joined in...I finally realised the truth behind some people, because they are labeled evil doesn't mean they are all evil. Learn this, and remember this Leo.

The discussion ended, and we were off to Krandor crypts for some ashes that Sen needed. We did eventually arrive there, passing though Fort Llast and that, until we eventually got to Krandor. The little girl who lost her ashes was skipping along and lost her ashes, again when I returned them to her.
We ventured in, spells, blades and bows all equipped and ready for action. Daren was with us, along with Yar. First group of monsters encountered, Daren cast a divine spell, but seemed more powerful than Defron's magic. A circle appeared with bright divine light, the undead just...disappeared and the numbers were cut down quickly, before we all finished them all off. This was the basic method for all the undead that we encountered, simple stuff. Got the ashes and ran out, gave them back to the rich girl who rewarded Sen, and then I went back to Hlint for some rest.

At the bottom of the entry it has some very neat and smooth hand writing, different from the rest
            Remember this, Remember you.

              The Paladin.
              « Reply #5 on: December 12, 2005, 10:21:00 AM »
He wakes up, to find himself inside the blackford castle, he still felt exhausted after the adventure, Mare was asleep nearby in a smaller blanket, streaching his arms he reached for his book and pen and began to write his previous adventure

              Your going to be late!

Oh dear, not a good start, I promised Tai, A clerical divine healer, like Defron but still training, that I would aid him in a divine quest to become a paladin. I dashed off to the Seilwood Forest to see if I can get there on time, I was, thankfully and greeted everyone there, including that new...drow person...

Just give her a chance, you have with everyone else, she will remember you better...

Time went by, to dawn it came, then the Nature's shop keeper came to life, she was busy counting coins thoughout the night. She began a conversation with us, well mainly Tai after we all introduced ourselves. She had a grand quest for Tai, my blade and wand will aid him in this task is what I was thinking, I was egar and ready to go on.

The quest was all about meeting the queen, a meeting or discussion of paladins. This is what I percieved it as and probably will be wrong, but at least he became a paladin in the end. We decided to head through Seilwood, Broken Forest, Fort Llast and to the Blackford Castle. But on the way Rylok then spotted something in the distance, like a man, he told me, and I tried to tell everyone else but their ears were shut to us. It was only when we got near Broken Forest was it then that everyone began to listen.

"Hey, back der was some hungi people, no deers about"
"Huh? Someone need help? Let's go back at once and help!"

We turned around, headed back to the lake where all the thorny riders and that lived, to find a man, covered in orange there, we, and he greeted us as we encountered him, he began to speak. He spoke of many things, that a village was in trouble, and it needed some help from waves of undead. We agreed in this task, but we were unsure of where the village is. We elected Ash as the track, I activated my wand of light and shone the wand around to see for any clues, helping Ash as she tracked down the settlement.

Finally, a large open space, plenty of grass and trees and seemed...dark almost...We began to head north until I spotted a large group of undead that were assembled nearby. I called the others to rally their swords and attack, slashing them down one by one a commoner and another person stood nearby, discussing if we were the aid they are looking for. We encountered them, trading greetings again with smiles and nods. They too, talked to us. They discussed that a village nearby was about to be swamped with undead, Tai, with his sword held tight said we should help the commoners and ran up to the village which wasn't very far away...

The village had a few buildings, and a group of commoners were gathered with faces of fear. Also a large tower with a torch inside stood tall and proud. The commoner representative talked to us also, she sounded desperate.

"Please, we need your help, a group army of undead are going to attack the village!"

I requested Tai to assemble us in a formation that would defend the group against the undead...nothing really happened so I decided to step in being an ex-guard of that village long ago...

"We have 3 paladins and 3 entrances! One paladin at each entrance! Rakan! Rylok! Over here! Ash! Get up on that hill and tell us if you see any undead assembling! I'll stay here! Nim, you guard the commoners!"

Simple formation, the swarms started to attack, we all shouted our battle cries and the undead drifted forward, hoping for destruction...
Slash! Chop! Bang! Fizz! Magic Missle! Fireball!
The undead were vanquished, it was such an easy task and everyone did so well, the village was protected and the darkness fled back to where it belonged. Tai then began to question the big torch tower nearby. Why is it there? What does it do? The commoner representitive answered that it is a tower who's flame keeps all the undead away, but lately it has become weak and stopped doing what it was suppose to do, so...a possibility that it was broken.

We searched the structure, examining everything, until Ash's sharp eyes discovered something, a chain WAS broken in some place, but unsure what to do, fix or break it? Nim then stepped forward, her moment of wisdom arrived:

"The two chains can fold over each other.

They did this, and the tower fell aside, revealing a trap door! I activated my wand, and Ash slowly opened up the hatch, I put my wand inside to find dark, dusty stairs that lead into darkness, we all ventured in coughing as we got deeper, the air wasn't very nice to breath.

At the bottom the room was dark, my wand still lit I wandered around the small room and noticed runes on the walls, I used my intelligence and limited use of lore to try and discover what the runes were saying, but a man called Shard found out before me.

              "A diamond shaped key"

Did he say that? It was something related to diamond, my memory isn't serving well lately...Just remember yourself Leo, that's all and remember what you done...We had a choice of two doors, Tai was unsure of which door, so I chose one at random, and the door opened, we all stepped inside to the short turning corridor to be seen by another door. In which Tai then walked over to open...ZAP! His whole body was covered in blue sparks, I could feel other traps could be nearby...

              "Mare! I need you!"
"Hehe, pick a lock? Look for traps again"

Mare buzzed off, into the newly discovered room to find a trap or traps...Mare wandered right into a flame trap in which she did see, she came back all black...oh dear...Tai healed her and she went back in. She gave us the all clear.

Inside the tomb, we noticed a coffin and a stone, and a portal, Elladan read the stone...but, recalling now I can't remember what it said...It was a clue about a crown though. Shard looked inside the coffin and saw a crown with a diamond shaped item on the crown...I think...The clue gave us a hint that if we took the diamond disturbing the head, the evil may awaken. Tai tried his best with his sword, but failed in the process calling upon a lich nearby who wanted to defeat us. Not if I can help it ha!
Slash, slash, Burn! Back to where you return you evil spirited bones!

We went back to Seilwood forest to report our findings, I was quite tired at this point and felt the adventure was nearly over. The man and lady nearby spoke to us, Tai gave in his findings, but they were unsure of it. They told us we must report to the queen immediately for we were late!

"Hurry! Your going to be late if your not careful!"

Goblin wastelands, the Road to Fort Llast, Fort Llast and Blackford Castle outskirts. We all went inside to be presented by holy warriors, a mixture of clerics and paladins. We all listened to the conversation between Tai and the paladins. They reported that the queen may enter soon, Queen Allarial or something. Then a pretty young woman with a powerful sense of magic when she stepped into the castle, She was very pretty and I rushed over to introduce myself, until I actually realised it was the queen herself, whoops how embarrassing.
We then realised the queen was the same as the representative at the village! It was at this point I wandered around, then I collapsed and woke up here in this divine room...

At the bottom of the entry it has some very neat and smooth hand writing, different from the rest
              Remember this, Remember you.

Half-way through, Mare decided to wake up and draw a picture of what she has learnt so far, hands it to Leo who then adds it at the end of the entry, adding the name "Ghost", pleased with his records so far he closes the book and places it inside his bag, waiting for another use

                Adventures with Srak.

Fort Valensk again, looking out at the sea, sat down he looks at the gulls dive for the fish. Mare is sat next to him, with a smile upon her face as she watches the sun set. He decides this is a great idea to write about his involved day with Srak

"Srak is your friend, don't forget that, a damn good one too!"

I spent alot of time with Srak today, I woke up in Hlint, in the Wild Surge Inn and wandered outside to be smiled upon the sun. I felt happy, and I felt today was going to be a good fun day. I wandered over to the bank to find people wandering around and chatting, also to include Srak was there.

"Me bored, Me go on adventure with Leo, Yes?"

I walked up on the wooden stage nearby and then I called across to everyone if they wanted an adventure to come up on the stage with me, Srak wandered on...then off, then Rylok did the same. I walked off with the failure to bring some energy and fun into their lives! And hopefully think good memories of me. Eventually I got a group together, Srak and Vire, Amarath, others joined, I think Rylok was one then went elsewhere to do something else. Unclear on that. But anyway, my allies then wandered over to Fort Llast so we could meet as a group, and decided we should start off the adventure against some ogres, Zainge River, we cleared out those ogres fast, then we cleared out the ogres in Krandor outskirts and entered into Broken Forest. Did a bit of clearing of the undead.

We got to hope, a bit beaten and breathless, but we were ok. Srak adapoted a new method of fighting, more with two swords so he can do his sneakies, he is growing strong I say and I think he should be a fighter. He's a great goblin to hunt besides, I know whenever I am down or need some help. Srak will be there. Don't forget him Leo. Then a little man named Jab appeared near us and wandered if we needed help. I invited him along for the company, I tend not to do things alone, I want someone there to witness what I do, bad or good.

We rested up at hope, outside in the cold grass, assuming that we could save 8 gold pieces for a room key. We then entered into the Far reach forest to have a go at some Satyrs. Casting our spells and blade and bow held in our hands, we charged for this was the only solution to do in this area. We killed them all, all the satyrs were gone but a great hunting experience, I feel close to maybe learning new feats or spells to aid me in combat, maybe to find different ways of doing criticals to make my attacks more efficient.

Back to Broken forest I said, Srak quickly ran there, along with me and that nice fellow, Jab, who I think I hear him say "Jab, Jab" alot in combat when I questioned him about it before in Broken Forest. Strange but funny fellow. The walking dead were slain and the shadows put to rest, but I was very tired after that and headed to Hope for some rest.

A couple of hours later, I felt I needed to do some tailoring, so I went up towards Valensk to pick up some dire badger pelts to make them to leather, you can learn alot from those things. During my travels I came across a dwarven mercinary who had an eye on my gold that jingled near my belt. I wouldn't want him to have it so I quickly got my blade out, with my shield and covered myself in bark. It was all I could do in a short time. I was just about clinging on, I was injured until Rylok and Srak came along! How I was glad to see them! Srak invited me to Direwoods to kill some bone golems and spirits. It was great fun, Nim was there, Jab, a new friend of mine was there also. Nim's lighting spell really impressed me, very strong magic, she casted it and it sent two spirits flying with very bad wounds. Well I think...Non-direct drifting is usually seen as injured is it?
After a while, an old friend wandered along called Drugo...He was a little nervous and shy mage who was just cast magic missile and similar spells I knew to help us whilst we fight. We cleared out the forest, and headed back to Valensk to split our well earned gold.

Fort Valensk, gold split, rested and ready to go, where now? To the Ajuri swamps I guess where the trolls live. We went back ready for more action, we trudged through the swamp trying to run to the trolls, it was alot of work but we could do it, Srak's sneakies were really effective in this. We came near the temple again and warned everyone of the dangers that lurked in there, Slaads...So we turned around and headed back to Valensk. Split the gold, and then I stayed there.
