    Help with multiclassing..
    « on: December 15, 2005, 04:35:00 PM »
Probably I missed it, but could someone point me to the rules of multiclassing?
I've found several posts, but was hoping to get a complete picture.

    Background to this question:
I've created a wizard (Drugo Darkstone) that is finding his way on Mistone, and has started to take a liking towards the rogue arts..
Such as trap handling, lock picking and stealth.  RP’ing this and even spending skill points on this despite the higher cost.
His main teachings would still be that of a wizard, but would also eventually grow in the rogue profession. Unless something down the road convinced him to go all out Mr.Sneaky; or reject the ways of a rogue life for a greater good.

Record all of this in your Character Development Thread, (and make one, if you don't have one,) and request a CDQ for the change.

    Wham, bam, thank you ma'am.

There are no restrictions on multiclassing a Rogue/Wizard other than getting the addition of the rogue levels approved.

That's level-dependent.  Your familiar scales in levels as your Sorc or Wiz class.  And then there are some of us who like other familiars, too... ;)

Well said! You should choose a familiar that goes well with your character.
