Silent War VI
« on: January 07, 2006, 01:47:00 AM »
Things didn't turn out too well for me last night...my first time drinking and all.  Not going into any details, but I don't feel too well right now to be able to get a full night's sleep and run the quest.

The quest is moved to next week @ the same time.  Sorry for any inconvience

Hehe, the best way to avoid hangovers, is to remain drunk. ;)

 Get well soon.

and don't go NEAR everclear... unless you like to feel that your throat is burning, and then your tummy.

and don't get into guzzling contests with alcoholics.  its not often that you win, and when you do... the alcoholic gets beligerent, and walks down the highway infront of trafic (yes, I did this one, newyears 2000... biggest accomplishment, I must say) and if yu lose, well...  don't fall down any stairs (that didn't happen, but still)

if your a guy, don't pick up chicks at bars.  if your a girl, let the guys THINK that they can pick ya up, so they buy ya lots and lots of drinks... then walk away at the end of the night.

yeah, alcohol and his consequences ;)
An issue where I cannot speak alot, only what others told me and what I have seen from drunken mates :)
Yes, I don't drink any alcohol... call me crazy if you want. I could drink beer and wine since my 16th birthday and Jägermeister, Whiskey, etc after I am 18. I even never tried it so I dunno how it tastes :)
And in reason I have a drivin licence and drink no alcoholic drink I am very popular by my friends ;)
well, alas I heard "Jagermeister" is bah! ;)
Yeah, get a Selters and a day free and your head will be clean again.
Just a tipp: Don't drink too much! :)

*smiles* ouch, first hangover, now that brings back memories.
  Here is a tip:
Next time when you drink slightly more than what your body can handle, drink at least one to two litres of water before you go to sleep.
If you wake up not feeling so great, then the water did not help and then you need to grab an ice cold beer as soon as possible.
Oh and last thing if the world starts turning when you lie down, find a merry-go-round and sleep on it. At least then you know the world should be turning.

If you lay down with on foot on the floor and one hand on a wall the world will stop spinning long enough for you to get to sleep.

Dont drink and drive, ever.

Always go home the first time the bartender suggests you've had enough, don't be mad that your too drunk to drink more.

Drunk people fight really, really bad.

Don't talk to any member of the opposite sex that you didn't bring with you after about the third drink, trust me.

If you can't dance sober, you can't dance drunk either.

If you can't sing sober, you can't sing drunk either.

Any drink that is ordered ON FIRE... MUST be extinguished before you drink it!

If you drink, you WILL say something incredibly stupid that you will regret later, be prepared to appoligise in the morning.

-> That's when your overwhelming charm truly begins to affect others. Wait another 3 drinks, and go for them!

-> I only dance when I'm drunk.

-> I sing WAYYYY better when I'm drunk. And I sing a whole lot more as well.

Milo next time you do this (and there will be a next time) when you wake the next day or the day after that (done that :() drink this hangover cure.

Frist wait till you stop throwing-up ;)  Then

Take a 8 to 12 ounce (250 to 350cc) glass of water add sugar till it dosent dissolve any more and drink it!

Heres what a hangover is: Insulin Shock. How you ask well your body reads alcohol as sugar, but your liver gets rid of 1 ounce (30cc ?) an hour. This is while your body is producing insulin to take care of all that sugar thats not really there. So when you wake Insulin Shock.

So have FUN just not too much!

And stay away from any home made hard liquor! Just trust me on that :o

In college you'll take what you can get (afford)....didn't matter that the beer was watered down - drink enough and it'll do it's job.

JAGERBOOOOOOOOMB.

There's a reason they're called JagerBOMBs.

If you thought the caffieine shock that night was bad, wait 'till you get it coupled with the hangover in the morning.

Jager may be your homie... But when coupled with Rockstar (1 per 2 shots), Red Bull (1 per 1 shot), or BAWLS (who cares!), it is NOT your homie.
