[SIZE=18]The City of Spellgard, The Church of Lucinda, and The Tower of High Arcanna invites you all cordially to the up and coming Rites of Affirmation. In this celebration of magic. Priests, Wizards, and Sorcerers alike will acknowledge The Lady of Spells as her patron. Entering the fold of the faith to serve The Weave and her Keeper, in Art, Spirit and Body. Those who wish to partake on this celebration of faith and be affirmed onto the fold of Lucinda must participate with their Sponsoring Affirming Minister (A Priest or Priestess of the Faith). The Rites of Affirmation will take place in Spellgard Sunra, Febra 15, 1395. The Church also cordially extends an invitation to all members of the faith, as important announcements and promotions will be made during this date. Personal messages have been sent to all those in consideration, yet attendance will be crucial for the well-being of our church.[/SIZE]
((OOC Notes: This event will take place this Thursday the 19th, during the 6PM PST, 8PM CST, 2AMGMT Friday, and 1PM Aussie Friday. During this time newly affirmed will be instated and after that a bunch of surprises will come about, including the promotion of several players who have done a magnificent job in several aspects of the faith. Every Lucindite is welcomed and encouraged to come and if you are a priest that has been sponsoring someone to be affirmed make sure you get in contact with that person to participate here. Also though Affirmation is only for the Wizard, Cleric and Sorcerer classes, Testaments of Devotion will be given to any other player who has been involved with a priest or priestess in learning the ways of Lucinda. If this is your case, make sure you also participate along with the cleric that can vouch for you. This in many ways will conclude a long series of events that have been happening for a long time and will mark a new beggining for the church and I would like for all to make it if you can.
