Player run quest?

How do yo go about starting one? Need to talk to a DM? Submit it somewhere? Need to know. Thanks

click on the player calender, and then on the date where you wish to make it.

Umm, yeah, pretty much what Niles said.  Come up with something to do, and run with it.  Do a little advertising perhaps by dropping a note at the Surge or the Arms, and there ya go.
