This has been discussed many times before, and there is way to much gold in the economy so affordability is not really a matter. And especially around Hlint there are tens, if not hundreds of homes already.
You can easily move to Dregar which, (i have not looked in awhile), may have a few more expensive(150-200k) houses for sale.
It has been said many times before, There will not be any more housing added near hlint, in a foreseable future.
