Being a kid who grew up watching "Walker: Texas Ranger," I have always known the Chuck Norris Roundhouse always wins.   Things may be looking bad for ole Chuck, but then out comes the Roundhouse-  Chuck and his cowboy boots win, by massive damage to the jawbone.

I always used to hate how repetative the storylines got for ol Chuck.  I remember this one episode where he had to protect a witness/love interest and her son from the mafia before she testified.  So, getting in good with the next random lady of his life, he teaches the little whippersnapper how to fight the bad guys for mommy.  

"Now son, take you thumbs out of your fists and coil them around like this.  You'll hit much harder!"

Then I saw 6 more episodes of Chuck protecting women and teaching their 8-year-old sons not to wrap their fingers around their thumbs for a fist.  Same bloody child actor, two of em.  and in each, he sleeps with the mom and leaves, so I guess he's setting up franchises of lil Chuckies coast to coast.

I also find it odd that non of the "bad guys" ever bothered to shoot him in the head while tied up.  Block THAT mister blackbelt!  Knowing Chuck, he'd try to pull a Bruce Lee and catch it in his teeth... only to die like Brandon Lee

Most of the episodes involving Walker entering a bar to get info on someone, and ended up in a fight, there was always someone playing snooker, or pool or whatever, and the dialogue was something like this:

 Chuck: "Where's John?"
 Random Thug: "Who wants to know?"
 *Chuck dodges a hit from the snooker pole and roundhouse kicks the thug, always*
