If you're interested, the Raven Trade company would more than happily provide you with these items. A belt with bull's strength doesn't exist as far as I know. But you can order the other four items in once, so you can get a discount.

When more than 1 item is bought a discount is given as follows:
2 items 5 %
3 items 10 %
4 items 15 %
