I, personally, don't understand the question. If you're speaking about the chain of areas known as the "Silent Watch Mountains" then it would depend on your level. I won't say too much in the way of whether or not it's easy/hard or at what point the difficulty level changes (I think that information needs to be kept in game), but then again, I don't understand the question so I may not even be talking about the correct subject.

Go find out ;)

Really your chance of surviving alone in combat in any area of appropriate CR (or higher) are low.  Partying up is integral to the DnD experience.

And Partying up is even MORE integral to survival in Layonara. @.@

I know what the areas are like, I just want to know if the whole mountains is filled with stuff or there are some 'safer' places where you actually had a chance of staying for while like setting up a small camp and rest for a while.

Heh...well, the Silent Watch is like it is for a reason. You might start by asking around, in-game, to see if you can find anyone who knows why it is the way it is, and start from there.
  Safety is relative :)

Well is it safe enough to stay there for a (really) long time (More than just a few days)? Orshould you rather stay a bit away from it and try to survive there?

I know who know about it and I will seek them out eventually, but for now I just need to know if it is posible to stay up there IC so I can use it to develop Storold.

What the areas are like and what you can expect there shouldn't be revealed on the forums. If you want to find out, ask around in game or go take a look :)

I have been there, but I am rather asking about the area as it is on the maps. The place should be rather big at least 300 statue miles times about 80. So logically there wouldn't be hostile creatures all over that area. I know that the whole area might be affected and I would not say that it isn't but it can't be filled with things that wants to kill you. So you could go in there and spend some time there with the chance of being chased out by monsters and then return to a camp in the Far Reach Forest.

my spin on things, once you have read everything there is to be read on the subject, you have spoken to those who have rp'd there, you know the monsters in game...then everything else is up for grabs, for your PC to try and change..isnt that the fun of all that is done here..PCs can change things through action...so go rp it out :)

I think really the intent behind the question was actually to ask whether or not the environment itself would adversely affect the person staying there, if one were to survive the monsters long enough to hang out for awhile, or if it was possible in a "not necessary the areas in game" sense to avoid them completely.

Like trying to ask, "Hey, I know that's a nasty place, and I know there's a lot to ask in game, and yes I know I need parties to survive, but if I -wrote- that I was there for a long time, we can assume I didn't turn into a creepy shadow or anything similar because of the nature of the place, right? Grow an extra leg? Get burned out?"

That sort of thing... Or something.

Ah. Well, you can't traverse the place without encountering, how shall we call it... the darkness :) And yes, the majority of the mountain range, if not the entire mountain range suffers from the effects, from hardly noticable to the full blown thing that's in the area in game.
So yes, you could write you explored the mountain range, as for the creatures you might encounter, you already know from the in-game area. And there's of course in the less-or-hardly-not-at-all affected area also your regular mountain animals.

Did that help?

Thank you Ed, Storold is being sent away for a short 'vacation' in the Silent Watch/Far Reach Forest.

Just wondering, would it be a good idea for me first to submit that part of Storolds development first before I post it in his official development just to make sure that I am not trying to describe the area in a wrong way or writing something that is imposible. I am no where near done yet, but just so I know what to do with it when I will be.

There is a rather detailed description of the Silent Watch Mountians in the campaign handbook.

Here is a short piece of that:

The Watch is now lifeless and grey, strange pulses of deeper blackness than night spring from the mountains, enveloping all light that strikes forth. A dark veil of somber shadows covers the entire region in a blanket of pain and suffering.

I would think that's about the level of general knowledge. If you want to know more you probably should talk to the right people.
