Slaw is great, but spinnach can do so many more things! (cooked spinach "caserole"

Yeah, if you lightly steam spinnach so that it retains a healthy (not overly dark) green color and still has a slight crunch to it, then you melt some butter over top of it and smother it in salt... it's heavenly.

I miss Po' Folks, they made the best cole slaw, fried chicken and pea soup in the whole bloody world! Plus they were the 1st to hammer all the coins into the log by the entrance, just to laugh at all the tourists trying to pluck them out.

Spinach . . .it has a much smoother flavor, can be covered in an assortment of toppings. Mmmmm. It does a body good. Just ask Popeye

Oooh...a tough choice. Both are really good, but well-seasoned spinach is a lot better
