Character not showing up in LORE account

My character Sh'anda Discore isn't showing up in my account. I guess this is because when I first created her I made a mistake on the Domains and had to rebuild. The worst thing about this is I can't send Falcons.
The original characters name was Shanda Discore and my bioware name is philhappy. If you can fix this I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

I cannot fix this problem because the public cdkey you entered into your LORE profile is incorrect. You're off by two letters/numbers and due to the nature of these types of situations, we simply cannot correct this for you.

That's strange I was able to send letters with the first character before I had to rebuild her. Would it help if I tried to re-enter the cdkey?

Er... I just had a look at my Public cdkey and you were right, it was off by two digits. I've corrected it, so hopefully things will work now, *crosses fingers*.
