Heal for me has only healed a maximum of 150 Hit Points on the target. I am level 15. The description states that the spell heals 15 hp per level, so I should be healing 225 Hit points.

I believe it's capped at 150 below level 20, but I'll double check that later.

If that is the case what is the point of having a progression? Based on the description the spell should heal 150 Hit points at level 10, you don't get the spell till level 11, when the spell should heal 165 hit points.

The progression is as follows:
Level 15 and below: Heals 10 HP/level Level 16-20: Heals 12 HP/level Level 20+: Heals 15 HP/level
So at level 15, you should be healing 150 HPs. If the description is wrong then I'll get that updated.
