I have recently come to posses a rapier of most brilliant make which I am ready to part with if the offered sum is reasonable. The item is known as Silver Foil and is of fine elven craftmanship. For further history of these masterpieces I refer you to the Great Library. Due to the fine balance and complex spells worked into the item it requires a certain mastery of the weapon type to wield. Laymen should not bother. Leave an offer here or send it to me by mail. I will not respond to offers below 75 000 gold nor will I sell the item if I am not happy with both the price and the buyer. I am interested in this weapon. I am usually able to manipulate items that would otherwise be restricted to me, but I would have to see this one to know. Let's work out a time that we could meet (I am usually able to get on in the AM HST).
