Parchment folder
« on: July 08, 2006, 02:13:14 PM »
I just got a parchment folder and I put all of my back issues of the Dragon Whisper in it.  I thought that there was a way to read them from LORE but I can't see the link any more.  Did I miss a change.  Also how do you get something out of a parchment folder since I haven't read them yet.  Thanks.

'Use' the parchment folder on yourself in order to remove things from it.

In LORE, the "parchment folders" option will be on your character page.

At the moment if you put things into the parchment folder then take them out they will not be transfered properly.

The first 100(ish) characters may be duplicated and/or the end may be cut off.

For the time being the parchment folder is more a way to transfer from LORE to the game rather than a method of storage.

So have I lost all of the data after the first 100 characters of each of the dragon whispers or will it be fixed in the update?

No, and I can't say when it will be fixed thats orth or OneST8's thing.

The first 100 characters may be duplicated.

And you may lose the last 100 characters.

the full text will appear on LORE, the action that messes things up is removing something from the folder.
