Recently (as some of you may allready know), there was a dire-wolf beast in Hlint, it chased a fellow Brownie and i, attempting to eat us, eventually we hid in a tree.
but what if we hadn't been so lucky, the fact is that captain Garent could have stopped the Beasts at any time, but instead chose to ignore our cries for help.
and when he did, EVENTUALLY, venture towards us, his only concern was for a bin under threat of fire, a bin!, he sees a bin of more worth than a living soul, A BIN!
when his attentions FINALLY turned to me, his was not only unsimpathetic but also insulting!

this is a pettition to have this SCUMBAG removed from Hlint, may Prunilla have less mercy on him than i!

Unfortunately it seems that there was no GM around, so why not just be realistic and RP that he did act on it? Of course he would have chased the beast out of town, but the AI only allows for so much.

You brownies really need to write a bit larger...

This is an official complaint regarding the conduct of one Drow known as Nepp; he has repeatedly shown lack of good faith towards the denizens of Hlint, this being only the most recent and shocking turn of events. Commanding his pet wolf to attack a group of Quarterlings would have been more than enough to have him hanged in years past, but recent good faith towards the Drow who come peacably to Hlint has raised them above simply being killed on sight. However, Nepp has repeatedly harassed people of Hlint, and his banishment, at the very least, is called for.

This lawlessness has gone on long enough; much more of this blatant disregard of the people's goodwill, and the drow as a whole will lose it, making many peacable Hlintan drow the target of growing hostility.

Let the law mete out justice, or, mark these words, injustice shall be reaped by all.

It is true that the drow fellow, who I laterdiscoverediscalled Nepp, commandeda wolf to attack me and another of my kin. While Garent was questioning witnesses, he was sitting by a tree with another wolf, almost identical to the first - a wolf he openly admitted was his.

I too would echo the earlier sentiments regarding this drow in particular. Whether or not the it can be proved wether it was his wolf or not, the fact remains Nepp was un-cooperative with the investigation that ensued and seemed to enjoy provoking the others gathered. Not to say it was not entirely enjoyable to watch of course, but even so those brownies were scared half to death! Not to mention my new goblin aquiantence who hid himself in the tree.
I would request the actions of this drow in particular be monitored somewhat, lest Hlint desend into utter chaos again.
Remember: A little chaos is good for the spirit but too much and you usually find yourself dead or dieing.

AFTER CENTURIES OF CONTINOUS ATTACKS BY THE DROW THE PEOPLE OF HLINT SHOULD HAVE LEARNED NOT TO TRUST A DROW, UNLESS HE OR SHE MANAGES TO GAIN YOUR TRUST AND THEREBY DEMONSTRATE THAT HE OR SHE IS IN FACT ONE OF THE VERY FEW DROW WHO HAVE CHOSEN THE LIGHT OVER DARKNESS.

Oh my goddess. If what you people are writing is true then something must be unsaid. I know Nepp, as he is like a blood brother to me. That being said, I know that if he did order his wolfy to attack, then it was because you insulted him, and he was just trying to scare you. I am not defending his acused actions, so please don't argue with me about this point. You see, we drow have a hard time. As we are feared, insulted, and slandered by the people of the surface, we are also hated and hunted by the drow of the underdark. We do not get any credit from the people of the surface for his fact. Many of us betrayed our own family members, because we recognized our own people for the evil they are. We then chose to flee the underdark, to escape this great evil, and to live a different life.

For years now I have tried to convince Nepp that pulling out swords is not a good way to handle insults. Actually, it undermines my efforts to promote the idea that people should be judged as individuals, and not by race. We all encounter many fair elfs, halflings, dwarfs, and especially humans, that are vile and evil beings. Never do we question their race. Why do we judge the evil people of these races as individuals, and not all races? Can you not see that this is a double standard? That being said, yes I do realize that 999 out of 1000 dark elfs will cut your throat for a bag of greenstone dust.

Nepp is an individual to the extreme. I know what he has been through to get where he is today. I know that his life has been a never ending struggle. I say, you should walk a mile in his shoes before you talk of banishing him. Perhaps you could do better, but most likely you would be dead in the underdark somewhere.

Ael is seen quietly perusing the notices at the Surge; these posts catch his eye and he carefully removes them all, taking them to a nearby table. There he sits and thoroughly reads them, making some notes to himself before affixing them back where he found them. Observers see neither reaction nor emotion from Ael as he focuses intently upon whatever work he is doing. After returning these notes to their original place, he departs, fading into the evening shadows.

Sorry, but it is hard for me to beleive you drow have a hard time, especially since you have been allowed to walk into this inn and post your message without being stopped by a guard. I am in agreement with Kobal Bluntaxe - people fail to see what the drow are capable of when trusted so easily.

A figure clad in a black and gold mask and hooded from neck to toe in a black robe, heis holding a staff and leans on it as he walks but with relative silenceslipsinto the inn unoticed and peers up at the board in the dim light of the inn. He takes the notes and retreats silently to a corner table while the few patrons drown their sorrows in their mugs. A small grin creaps onto his solemn face as he reads the words contained on them.
*in a low whisper* small writing but such large meaning it seems i need to speak with the ones of this fray...
An onlooker would see the robed man place the papers inside his robe, a few murmerd words would be heard and then nothing would be seen in the dim half lightand the onlooker would stare at the bottle he was drinking from in confusion and then walk off unstably toward the bar, past the notice board were the papers the strange man was reading were replaced at the front of the board, no signed note added.

If ya'll can't control yourselves, then take it outside of the city walls. I cannot believe that a wolf was made to attack common people. If my Avane is taken from me, there will be DIRE consequences for all involved! As one the dragon summoned, I am here to protect the lands surrounding Hlint, and I may not ever like to see a drow again!

It seems people cant remember the correct facts. Here. let me help you all out.

1) It wasnt a companion chasing the brownies from what I saw.Looked like a summon, nor did I see it attack anyone
2) I only saw the near end when it dissapeared, then the incident with Izzy. Then I called my wolf from sielwood to come to my side.
3) I dont give a flying hoot what you people say or think. Life is short, have fun before ya meet the soul mommy for the last time.
4) Order is so boring. Chaos and controlled disorder or more fun.
5) I have Governments. Anarchy is so much more fun. Individuals over the dumb masses.

You got a problem with me? Then lets meet in the arena, and I'll bury my sword in your skull.
