  My PC, Bumblebee, would most certainly be present for all the proceedings surrounding the scheduled executions. However, I cannot actually be present this evening. Could I get a volunteer to send me a log of the spoken conversations? You may, if you wish, remove any tells or whispers that Bumblebee wouldn't normally be able to hear.
  If you wish to add any "color" to the log with descriptions of the scene, names of those present, the weather, etc. I'd put it to good use.
