Looking for items that increase tumble skill

I am looking for any items that increase skill in tumble.  If you have any of the following and are willing to part with them please respond here and give a price.  I am looking for:

Armor that gives more than +3 tumble if such exists.
Boots that give more that +4 tumble if such exists.
Any other piece of equipment that has a tumble benefit.
