Are there Hidden CNR recipies?

I remember seeing  a Rod III of strength(added +3 str to an item).

no hidden but not writen.  its in the advance craft halls that you will be able to use the stations there and know what you need.

I think he means if there are any recepies that are in game but "disabled".

Not commenting on that the "advanced" recepie cards aren't available. ;)
