I was looking at the Holy enchanting pool (In the Temple in Fort Llast).  You can make the potions there.

Holy Water
Bless
Cure Light (Target and self)
Cure Moderate (Target and self)
Cure Serious (Target and self)
Cure Crit. (target and self)

But we are missing Heal.  I am not sure if there is a reason behind it or not.  There might be a enchanting pool out there that does it.  I think it is a good idea.

1.  Who usualy does all the healing?  The clerics.
2.  Alchemy has all these cure potions plus heal.

I believe it was a balancing decision, but I'm not entirely sure. Heal potions are very powerful and I think we all know how easy it is, comparatively speaking, for cleric enchanters to produce curing potions (in terms of material needs). It was most likely a measure taken to keep Heal potions from being mass-produced...but I'm only guessing.
  Heal potions in alchemy are very time-consuming (in terms of number of steps and material needs) and fairly difficult (in terms of crafting levels required). My main character is an alchemist, and I'd personally like to see all of the enchanted curing potions be more difficult, as it takes crazy amounts of time to do them through Alchemy, but that's another story.

I agree that it is a little bit harder for the healing potions, but why can we not make it harder to do the heal potions for enchanters?  In steed of say for example, 4 bodak teeth and holy water.  Say 6 bodak teeth, 3 holy water, and a few other materials?  Just a though.

The only way that this would really be balanced is if they were crafting level 15, required those components you mentioned (and likely the same as the alchemical version) and memorizing a heal spell or two. Enchanting is far easier to level than alchemy.
