Armorof the Old Guard
In a time not long ago the Hall of Norand was restored after a long age of destruction and chaos brought on by the forces of Sinthar Bloodstone, who laid reign to this place of Dwarven skill and beauty. With the aid of many companions and many of the Dragon called of Layonara, a leader emerged to destroy the evil that brewed in the depths and bring back some of what once was.
It is said that after a battle that lasted for many days and a victory was reached that a Blessed Mithril Spirit spoke clearly these words, "To the clans... I return metal, the land will flourish and deposits once dead awaken at dwarven touch. May axes find only richness in the stones of the mountains." Then her form glowed brightly a moment and like many fireflies, bursts to show the rock at her feet.
These armors were the first armors crafted in the Hall of Norand by the reforged Crescent Moon and Shield. The armor's properties are inspired by the leadership shown as events that transpired that day. For as the dwarven hero and his companions ascended from the depths of the halls, worn and beaten, dirtied and bruised with the wounds of war, despite the sadness in his features, the spark of perhaps pride in the dwarf's eye shone through.
The beauty of this armor reflects that spark for as the clan began to return slowly, the first order of business was a commemoration of the epic moment. Picks were brought and rock was smashed from the very sides of the Hall of Norand and the armors were painstakingly worked to reflect all the emotion in the features of the leader.
This armor is simply... breathtaking.
Starting bid 25,000 gold
Anonymous bids not accepted, auction will end when the bidding has ceased for a sufficient period of time to prevent sniping.

*A dark figure pauses slighlty in front of the sign. Pulling a quill from her pack she writes in simple script in a dark purple ink*

*a note penned on the most inexpensive piece of parchment offered for sale at the Hlint merchants*
I, Wanark Thangahaz'a, neophyte on the path of service to Vorax, Father of Battle, offer a lifetime of service in his name for said armor. May he guide your weapon truly in the righteous battle.

*Lalaith walks by and sees the new note, she wrinkles her nose a bit and gives a curious smirk*
I am unsure how the seller values the most recent bid and as such cannot make an appropriate counter offer. -LV

*A dark figure checks on the notice board to see if anything further has come of the auction. She fades into the shadows soon after when she realized nothing has changed*
