What was ment as a quicky learner quest for a new DM, suddenly turned around into an epic miniseries! It was well ran, and I think he's learned the trick to be everywhere at once! It was well ran and I'm looking foward to the next!

Yes, incredible job jumping all over the map. At one point, it seemed that each person was speaking to a different NPC, in buildings and out. For a RP quest that had no fighting...umm...very LITTLE fighting *grins*...it was a lot of fun. Almost everyone that started it, finished it. That speaks for itself. Thanks, Egoober.

Yeah, amen to that. The first part of this series back at the end of July was my first quest here on Layo and it's been going on since then. As said before, great story and awesome job attending to every character once the group got scattered across the island. Gave me something to look forward to during the week and those boring classes at the college... :) All in all, well done!

This was a great series. I had to trade my wife three visits a week for her to the health club (with me watching the kids) in exchange for one quest session a week, but it was worth it. Once violence is removed as the obvious answer to everything, it really makes you think about what else the group can do. The party was consistent both in their characters' RP and in their attendance each week which allowed us to think about the party's capabilities, like I did back in my PnP days, instead of our individual character's abilities. It was a lot of "what should we do." I also think the tight spread of levels helped a lot in letting everyone contribute (we were all between 9-15ish, so there was no "follow the epic" mentality).  In other words, it was pretty much everything I look for in a quest series.  Great job to everyone, especially egoober.
