Not that I have tried, but it should act more like an addy weapon since bloodfall is very close in level requirement to a plain adamantium weapon.  The level requirements are driven by pricing of the item following their enchantment.

In fact, it may be slightly higher than even an addy weapon since plain addy is a 9 or 10 level req.

It's equal to addy weapons except for the fact that is gives +1 damage instead of +2 damage (with other words, Damage Soaking beating is the same and +2 AB is given from both weapons).

The level requirement is MUCH higher though. I think someone mentioned level 14 for Bloodfall.

The best way to get a short simple answer is to phrase your question simply and clearly. Using punctuation properly is also a good way to have your words read, and read in the way you intended, which is a necessary step toward getting your question answered in a relevant way.

I am not writing this simply to criticize you, but because I would be glad to give you a short simple answer except I'm not sure what your question is.

I believe the question is where in this http://www.layonaraonline.com/forums/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=13549&posts=24&start=1 list does the sword fall?  As Iron or as Ada?

In that case, it's unfortunately, "neither". :)

It will have an even higher level requirement than addy, probably by 4 levels or so. One has to use the toolset with layo hakpacks attached to check for sure (i.e. simply create the weapon with the expected end properties and check the level req)...

Ah, I forgot it was a level 14 weapon to start with... I thought it was 11.

So... ignoring my first opinion, a level 14 weapon will be able to be enchanted just slightly higher than a mithril weapon... not iron or addy.

So in other words it is a useless piece of trash , as it offers no benifit to justify it's exagertated level requirement.........thus it is a cursed blade that only fools would wield....thanks for the input, the trash will be destroyed and i will inform others of it's cursed nature

I have to say that this really gets me. The Team puts effort into making a special item, and you bash it like that? Jeez. I'll take it, if you don't want it.

I, for one, have always wanted one, level requirement or no.

Mithril/Addy/Iron weapons are pieces of trash too. I mean... come on, you simply GMW copper to those enhancement levels! :P

Hehe... seriously though... Bloodfall is waaaaay cooler than to have an Addy/Iron weapon, so I would go for it if my character would use longswords. :)

(of course, I wouldn't use Bloodfall over a Mithril weapon as those are waaaaaaaaaaaay cooler than all other weapons mentioned together!)

I think Steve you have hit the nail on the head with Praylor's statement. I would have much have a weapon that is descriptive and cosmetic with perhaps a few bonuses than one thats just used for power stuff.

I also agree with Steve in regard to etiquette. I think labelling an item such as this "useless piece of trash" is low and disgusting. This world is built on a certain level of respect to the community and to the team. This type of post  goes below that in my opinion.

I'm a habitual Bull.. uh.. you-know-whatter when it comes to my items. I'm a fan of hand-me-downs, espically when there is something interesting to them. Matilda's sword came from Fhalken, after he stubbed his toe on it in the desert. Did I mention he was nude, carrying too much sand (god only knows where he put it!), and surrounded by giants? Or even getting border-line stupid with possible mystique, such as Key's 'broken' Adamantium shortsword. I can't forget Ol' Stabby, the iron dagger that Asch got from Acacea a while ago. Weapons are one thing that I always like to have a story for, because otherwise it's just pointy and hurts things.
