  A waraxe of the finest metal that stone provides. Hargranar and I stumbled upon this weapon in the hands of a captain of Bloodstone and we took it from him, like he took it from someone more worthy of wielding this materpiece.
  We offer it for sale to a worthy warrior.
  An auction will be held to find the buyer for this waraxe. For three days bids can be made on the axe. We reserve rights for ourselves to choose the buyer as we see fit.

Kobal-As this weapon be the the weapon of choice fer me and a family tradition-name yer price, and a donation perhaps to Vorax (Roferein?) for his blessing on it. My father used something similar before his untimely death (The "Blackaxe" and even more powerful) which was lost to those who killed him. Since Dorand forbids me to ever craft a weapon of this type, to purchase one would continue a family tradition of the highest quality. 150,000 gold and a 50,000 donation to Vorax's temple.
