Clothing turned to Armor

Upon logging in for the first time into the new world (amazing), my character appeared naked, looking in her inventory, I found her clothing has become light armor (which mages cannot wear, naturally).
  Clothing transformed included only a Greater Lady's Gift, and 2 simple Performer's Tunics.
  All three gained a base 1 AC, classified as light armor, and becoming 5 lb. instead of 1 lb.
  Other various clothing carried remained unaffected and Pankoki replaced my critical clothing.
 
 
  Those carrying clothing (but able to wear armor) should look to see if this has happened to them.
  If for no other reason than it's 4 extra lb. you don't need

I'll add to this rather than starting a new thread.  The same happened to Honora; her Grandmaster's Tunic is now light armor, as is her Monk's Tunic.  I have her in regular vendor clothing atm as that is all she can wear.

After going into the crafting hall to mess with my clothes, about a third of the torso clothing options are unavailable to me, and the crafting table says I do not have the proficiencies to equip the clothing, apparently the torso turns it it into armor, rather than staying classified as clothing.

the cloth can be turned back by the use of an ox, but some of the new images will change it back to light armor. and it seems its only the torso thats bugged with changing

When I can get on, I'll check Cobalt Reinforced Clothes to see if they're affected, too. Will edit this post.

Well, Lucius got an eye full when Ami appeared nude. She quickly concealed her face with a blush, and clothed herself in other robes.

Sonya had the same problem with two of her ladies gift, she put them on teh ox and she was able to wear them again.

  Please read what I wrote in the link.
  This is NOT your armor....it is the appearances assigned to your armor. Telling us what kind of armor it is doesn't help.
