This post is in response to one bug report that might turn into multiples ones. So in the interest of keeping the bug reports manageable, I'm making this post so that you all know a little bit more about what is known about this particular bug before the reports propagate and get too numerous to track effectively.
A bug has been reported that certain appearances now seem to impart a different armor type than they did previously, thus changing what should be clothing into potentially something that the character cannot equip. There is a thread on this already, and people are listing various affected pieces of clothing and armor.
This bug will not be specific to certain pieces of armor/clothing but is more likely rather an issue with the appearances themselves. It is not necessary to post additional pieces of clothing that exhibit this behavior. Likely it is not the clothing itself but the appearance to which the armor or clothing has been customized.
