A Girl's Dream- 12am? or 12pm?

Yeah, the title says it all. I'm CDT, so if it was GMT 12am, that meant the quest happened today, my time (march 13th), but, if it's 12pm, then it happens tomorrow (march 14th)... so, did I miss the quest? Or is it yet to come?
