A few questions ?

I have just created my Brownie Druid and I have a few questions. First is the head was change from what I wanted, I bielve if I get a GM in game they will help change, but I thought I would ask and make sure. Second I thought Druids could wield bows mine can not, I dont know if that is a Brownie thing or if that is the Druid. Third I can not wield a club and a small wooden shield at the same time. I dont know if there was a feat that I missed that takes care of that problem of what just wondering ?

A club is a "medium" weapon, which is a two-handed weapon for a "small" race.  You'd need a third hand for that shield.  

Also, no bows or crossbows are part of the Druid's starting proficiencies.  You can use darts or slings, however.

Only elven druids can use bows by default, as it is a racial proficiency.  Having said that, I don't think that non-elven druids can even pick the weapon proficiency needed for bows.

Crossbows are never, ever permitted for druids.

Not as a "small" creature.  (Clubs would be usable with a shield for a "medium"+ sized creature.)

I guess you were answered on the second question, but as for the first I think you need to post a formal request in the "Disputes, Grievances, Request for Reimbursements" forum.

From what I've seen this is what you're asking for:

Head changes are generally OK for the subraces, as many of them have different ones that cannot be seen during character creation.  It helps if you know which head # you want to use, but I know not everyone has the expertise figure out which one that might be.

Brownies use elf heads and only the first 8 (might be 4, I forget) work on the brownie skin.  Happened with mine a long time back.
