It's a tricky submission. You would not start in Veapra, but in Hempstead or Vehl like all other new characters - which means that your bio would also have to include how your character got from Point A to Point B.
Read up on the [lore]Druid Information[/lore] - that too is non-trivial, and requires perusal if you're going to submit a Druid character.
Finally, Wemics are a special subrace, and a particularly rare one at that, and Druids are a tricky class, so the combination demands a lengthy and detailed bio. The
handbook and LORE are (and should always be) your dearest friends in this endeavor (do note that place names have been changed since the last handbook was published; a new one is due out any day now.)
You also may wish to look in the Recent Approvals and Character Approvals forums to see how those before you have handled both Wemic and Druid submissions.
