Parchment Folder corrupts parchments

 Description: Placing parchments written on with the quill system causes them to be altered.  Often the first couple lines are duplicated and the trailing lines truncated.  I tried several months back to find the pattern for this but was unsuccessful.  

I think the quill system is one of the highlight features of the project teams creativity.  Working parchment folders would be the ingame equivalent of books, if they worked properly.  As I understand it, the intention is that parchment folders can be passed to another PC without loss of data.  Thus a PC could write the pages of a book and place it in the parchment folder.

I may be wrong, but the Parchment Folder system is currently not working properly for the same reasons why LORE is not updating.

I don't think this has been fully resolved as yet, so any buggy behavior currently is likely related to this.

Negative.  This problem has been around for quite a long time.  Unrelated to LORE as far as I know.

I think my point there was that anything that depends on LORE right now should really not be troubleshooted or used for bug reports until the system is fully funcitonal once more. We can't really work on it until everything is functional again.
