**Tariana walks into the inn, greeting Doria.  Perusing the messages tacked upon the wall, she takes a special interest in this one and writes below the original message**

If you could add any description of this person you are seeking, it would be most helpful.  I will do what I can to investigate this matter, as it seems to be most troubling.  Necromancy!...in the towns!  But, again, if you can provide a description, that would be most appreciated.

*A hooded and shadowed man in a long coat notices the posting and stops. His features are shrouded, but his intent is clear.  He reads the posting several times to be sure, then shakes his head and speaks to himself.*

Great....another witch hunt against users of magic...

*With a heavy sigh, he walks off.  Those close enough may notice a colorless but visible flare emitting from his form before he shimmers and disappears from sight*

To the Ever Hypocritical Quantum Windword and His Dying Religion,

The last time I recall anyone bowing to the laws of Toran, was in the beautiful city of Prantz, but you and I both know how quickly Toran's welcome ran out there. You have no claim over the lands I travel nor does your dying faith. Save your pathetic cries of justice in the name of Toran for fools who are ignorant enough to allow you to drag them off to some dark room to be tortured and tribunaled, guilty without proof. I have seen justice at the hands of a Paladin of Toran. In fact I traveled with you and watched you butcher innocent people, hard working common folks, all in the name of your justice. Funny how you never complained or pointed a finger at me as I shielded and aided you with the very Necromancy you now accuse me of using.

I stood beside your brethren, a Paladin of Toran, as they hunted down an innocent soul. I told the Paladin that the undead were following him because of the item he carried, but he cared not. The Paladin dragged undead through towns, which killed decent common folk. With the blood of those innocents' on the hands of the Paladin, he felt no remorse, for his justice he sought blinded him. I watched as the Paladin of Toran, led by Rhynn, killed and executed an accused Necromancer for the crime of cheating. CHEATING!!! He cheated so others would like him, and Toran's punishment was death. Something a small child does on a daily bases. Perhaps that is why the faith of Toran is dying throughout the lands. I can see it now, followers of Toran murdering their very own children for cheating at a game of dice. The mans only real crime was loneliness.

When I break the laws of the local cities I travel in, cities NOT governed by the torturing monsters of Toran, then let them come for me. You and your kind have no jurisdiction of me.

To all who read this insane accusation from a pathetic, dying faith, led by an egotistical murderer...

Make no mistake, any who try to arrest me, without due cause, will die a horrid and agonizingly slow death, so that they can remember their foolish choice to crucify an innocent such as myself. For defending oneself is legal and NOT a crime. If you point a finger at me, I will point one back. If you touch me, I will touch you back. If you attempt to assault me and drag me off, I will most certainly assault you.

I will not cower when someone tries to strip me of my rights.

Magus Del'Mar

*As Lyle happens by he takes note of the original wanted poster and the responses left with it.  His eyes especially linger over the response written by Magus Del'Mar and his lips curl into a smile before he begins to chuckle.  His mirth is soft and contained at first, but soon blossoms into full-fledged laughter as he stubles away clutching his sides.  After laughing for several minutes he finally regains some of his composure, returning his gaze momentarilly and repressing more laughter with a wry smile.*

"Well now!  Ain't that jus' peachy?  Ah'll give 'im this, ol' Darwiff sure 'as a way wit' words.  Indeedy!  Though ah think 'e went a little o'erboard wit' slanderin' the Toranites... would'a 'ad more affect ifn 'e'd been a bit more subtle-like an' lef' out the part 'bout 'em killin' children fer cheatin'.  Any'ow, ah kin use this maybe...  Ifn ah kin git the right angle on it...yessah, ah think ah kin use this.

*chuckles a bit more as he continues to grin and walk away, tugging the wide brim of his hat just a bit lower to conceal his eyes a bit more*

Since When are Dark Elf Necromancers and priests infested with spiders allowed in any civil surface town?

*Written in a very neat block style printing*

Dear Mister Magus Del'mar,

We had our meetings in the past, first outside Hurm and then in the desert near Audiria.  Both times I found you with a group of people who look to be very sulky, a bit too angry at the world, in dire need of a hug, and a very shaky in the spine department.  And did you know they also smell bad?  Maybe that was just my horse.

You also seem to have a spider problem, I know some healers in Nort Point that can help clear that up for you.  I don't know what sort of effect you're looking for, but you look as if you spent too much time in my grandma's attic then any type of great mage.  Not very wizard like at all, maybe we need to find you a good halfling tailor as well.

Anyways, I've thought long and hard about who and what you may be after reading your accusations, and with the rather unkind words you had about the Redemptress.  I have no choice but to ask, one time only, and as nicely as I can to not threaten Quantum or anybody else.  Even if it does make you feel tough inside, some things you just don't do.

If I'm wrong, you can find me and we'll have us a sit down, some tea and a nice talk.  If I'm right, you can gather your friends, I'll gather mine, and we can settle this once and for all.  Either way, don't forget to pack a lunch.

Be well Mister Magus, I expect we will meet again.  Until then, may your days be pleasantly filled with the joyous love and enlightenment of Az'atta.

*Arkolio de'Averlain wanders past, reads the board and smiles to himself before adding his own comments at the bottom*

Dark elf? Made of puny stuff. Necromancer? Extra puny. You want to chase him all over Mistone? He'll surely have sore, hard and tired feet at the end of that.

So, keep an eye out for the super-calloused, fragile mystic chased by Toran's mostest.

*Ireth stops and reads the posters, sighing softly before muttering to herself and penning a reply*

While Del'Mar maybe as evil as they come.....Necromancy is not, as I understand it illegal in this land and neither is saying your gonna do something but not actually doing it.

I fail to see what grounds there would be to arrest him and *sighs again* understand his reaction to this wanted poster.

*shakes her head slightly*

This does nothing to serve the reputation of the Toranite Church.....While I understand the desire to fight those who are evil and especially those who create undead, Toranites can not claim Toran is against necromancy as a whole when his star dust's blessing is in fact a necromantic spell.

I think that a little more proof is required for a court hearing than he threatened to use magic in town....a style of magic that is not illegal on Mistone or that the Toranite church is against.

Catch him actually creating undead or some other evil act and you'll have my blade....Until there is such evidence you simply hound someone.

*A half-orc in lavendar tights stops to read the growing list of notices stacked one on the other.  When she gets to the block-style printing, she stops, re-reads it, and begins to giggle, then laugh*

Tellin' a spider priest ta have a day full o' Az'atta?  Oh, oh, that'll get Daraliths' undergarments in a twist.  I think I wanna find him jess to see his reaction...that's too funny...*still laughing, she starts looking around for short elves in gigantic shoulderpads*

*A small note is tacked near the wanted poster, written in dark green ink.*

 To whom it may concern:

I encountered the Magus Del'Mar this morning while harvesting wheat in Haven. After a few (somewhat harrowing) moments of discussion, the Magus charged me to testify to the fact that he had spared my life because I was using the wheat to feed the hungry cows of that town. I have now done so.

*A dark hooded figure walks into the Wld Surge Inn and walks slowly over to the message board. Upon reading this particular peice of parchment he shakes his head and draws out a quill*

I take no side in this matter as I have had few dealings with either side to say the least, but if this Magus Del'mar is as accomplished a mage as I have heard then woe to the man who under estimates that power. If he is to be hunted for whatever reason do not take it lightly or you may soon find yourself in an unenviable position.

*a man wearing the plain cloth of a priest approaches the board & after reading the notice, moves to a table.  When he returns, he posts the following*

To All:
Please know this:  Condemning a man for his use of the Weave is wrong.  Judge the man's intent, not his tools.  The Weave suffuses us all, and it is how we choose to use it that is the issue.  Some use it for good, some for evil.  Some even choose to ignore it fully.  If this Magus Del Mar has committed a crime against person or property, he should be held answerable.

Using the Weave is not a criminal act.

*A neatly written note is tacked to Mirrim's note*

Priestess,

Thank you for your testimony.  Your account, though brief, indicates a person of violence who is potentially dangerous to the peace and well-being of the citizens of Mistone.

The threat of death you reported is contrary to public order and proper authority in Haven.  No one has the right to take your life for harvesting wheat, regardless of the intended use.  I ask that you please submit a full report to the officials there, for the benefit of the people.

Thank you very much.

*Alandric passes the board and spends some time reading all the comments listed by strangers across the land.  Of all the names it is only Del'Mar's that he recognises.
With a slight smirk he comments to himself with a measure of mirth*

"The Toranites bring themselves ruin without any effort at all.  Already this Quantum has created Chaos and Anarchy among his fellow citizens.  Did he truely think people would flock to his side and join his cause?
I should expect as much from the mindless Toranites.  They are so egocentric and self-righteous.
They are supposed to be our enemy.  I don't see anything to fear here.  Actually they almost do a better job at creating Chaos then the Mad One himself.  It seems I might have to offer him a place within the ranks of Corath.

Anyway I guess I should expect as much from them.  They think they are so clever.  The only difference between good and evil is that the so-called do gooders think they are clever.  How dangerous they might be if they actually could think!

*He walks of joyously with a spring in his step and begins whistling for the first time in many years.*
