Let's have that fair we've been talking about on the forums.  I think a once-a-month event would not be unmanageable.  We'll call it ICly the First Friday Fair and OOCly it will be the first Friday of every month.

Please indicate below which category you wish to contribute to if you are a vendor.  Example:[INDENT]Bumblebee  9am - 2pm GMT-4, bandages

[/INDENT]I strongly encourage you to be creative in your wares.  Do you make wedding dresses?  Do you specialize in hand painted umbrellas?  (Yes umbrellas can be made at the customization stations, or so I hear.)  Do you brew fine ales, dwarven war axes, undead fighting gear?  What makes you special?  Perhaps you just want to set up a "booth" to recruit for your guild.  Or maybe you want to take the stage to preach your god's dogma.  This is your day to shine in your niche.
This is an all day event.  Please sign up below to participate and indicate the times you expect to be there.  If on that day you show up and no one else is there, don't get discouraged.  Hang out for a while and send some tells out.  Let's see what we can make happen as players.  (You GMs are welcome to come and join in the fun!  Let's try to keep things centered around the crossroads.)

Lyle Underroot will be there for at least a while.  I can't say exactly what part of the day or how long, since having a child to take care of in RL can make such predictions hard to make.  Likely I'll be able to get in at least a couple hours.

Lyle will be selling both his limitted edition poems, and taking orders for custom made musical instruments.  i.e. - He'll have a chest set up with a couple scrolls in it detailing the prices/descriptions of items he's offering.

I may have a couple more surpises up my sleeve for the time of the event, but I haven't set any ideas into stone yet.
