Re-Creating a Already Aprroved PC

Well, since the Subject should pretty much tell yah what I'm asking...

Are you allowed to resubmit a PC, making a change to race or Sub-Race?

I made a monk a while back, but soon after creating him, I realized that the build I used rotted, and also wanted to change some other things...  *whistles innocently*

So...  Whats the word on this?

I would recommend altering the story and creating a basically new character if the build made the character unplayable.
