Level Requirement on Combined Server?

Is the level requirement still the same for going to Central?  Are there now some areas on the new combined server that will be restricted to upper level characters only?  If so, how do we know if we have accidentally wandered into such an area?  (Other than getting instantly killed, that is.)

Chongo can better answer this, but if you don't go by servers and instead go by geography, you pretty much have your answer with a few exceptions.

Dregar, Corsain, Alibor, Tilmar, Firesteep and anything else I may be forgetting on the old "Central" are level 8 minimum.  The exception to this is that there are areas within the Thunder Peaks and Thunder Valley which are built to a higher standard. I've not seen them in play yet, but I'm told you'll know that it's not for the squeamish.

Belinara is for the most part a 17+ requirement.  Prior to this update, one could go to Arnax at any level, but not beyond that.  I think that has been extended northward a few areas, but I'm not completely certain.

As I understand it, things are a bit lax at the moment to allow for some exploration. Like Dorg said, Chongo seems to have the details worked out, and I'm sure when the time is right he or L will sticky a thread outlining the new lvl reqs for areas.
