Messeage bird system?

I have been away for several month due to RL stuff. Now that I'm back I was wondering about the message bird system. Is that available?
I tried to log on to LORE and find out but nothing happens when i try to log on.

You can use birds.. only works on players that have their cd-key activated though.

I did that. well I mean before this site changed and all.
DO I have to register again on Lore and get the cd-key(s) in again?

creating an acount again doesn't work says it still is in use. don't know why I can't log into lore then.
