Old Player returning.

Well not sure if this is the place to post, but I'm an old player returning.

I originally signed up as Arthur McStorm. Way back in 05. Between finishing up my Tour in the Corps and moving new family job. I finally got the time to sit down and come back here.

I'm unsure of my old password for my account as well as log in and if my character is even still valid.

Any advice or help would be appreciated! and any questions arise I'll answer as to the validity of me being whom I say I am.

If you remember your account name from before then there is an option to reset your password.  I'm pretty sure that characters are never deleted without the player requesting.

Dorax is right... Though to have your password reset, you have to be able to get into the email address that your Bioware login was associated with.

Welcome back!

As mentioned above, go to Bioware's site and get your password changed through there.  You'll need access to whatever e-mail account you used to register the account originally.

If for some reason this doesn't work out for you, I regret to say that we will not transfer characters to a new account. It's a whole lot of trouble and prone to far too many errors/problems.

Ahh I have my GSID account and password. Its my password for my ArthurMcStorm account on the forums here that I don't have and cant get due to using my old adelphia email address from back east.

Oh, that shouldn't be a problem; while characters are associated with forum accounts, it's only a loose association - While your Bioware name is directly associated with your character, the forums are not.

If you remember the password, the new servers are west.layonara.com and central.layonara.com.
