does anyone know for sure if you can put both a silver and a titanium coating on the same weapon or only one coating per weapon, i've looked everywhere but can't find a sure answer.

You can't, they overwrite eachother.

Same with Elemental Enchantments, but you can have a silver/Titanium and Elemental on the same weapon

Actually both says no... What Shiff is saying is that you can have elemental + silver or elemental + titanium on your weapon, not titanium + silver.
