Hey, Karn can open the Stars, too. Just find a convenient excuse why Mela (the mother figure among the rescued slaves, and a fairly authoritative manager, at that) isn't the one doing the serving, and start selling swill.

To be honest, it's not a business venture, for me. The drinks are an incentive for characters and players to come on out to that remote spot to RP.
