//FYI: The Pawn Shop got them from me... I wasn't selling them so I sold them to him... *shrugs* Hence... I pawned them
//Thanks for your feedback on prices!~Please do let me know if you think something I'm selling is priced too low. And your reasoning on that. Most prices in Saddlebag I set based on flyers I've seen on the forums (from twin dragons, orc basher's, crafters, etc.), or the prices are set by the person selling by commission through the pawn shop (but even then, if I have time, I research the price on the forums). I set the jewelry prices equal to what Shiff has had on his jewelry flyer. The jewelry prices are 10-20% under the Orc Basher's Guild, though one can earn a 10% or more discount at Orc Basher's by purchasing several items. If I'm not mistaken, generally the Angels Guild sells for less than Orc Basher's, and also has a discount for purchasing two or three items, instead of one. So, correct me if I'm wrong, Angels Guild, but these prices I'm listing are probably similar to your prices before or after the discount for multiple purchases. At this point in time, Saddlebag Pawn has not had a discount for multiple purchases, and recently I sold a ring and an amulet to one person, without any discount on the prices stated in the flyer.Enjoy!//
//I'm fine with the GM's coming out with the official price list (if it's Raven's, which is higher than other guilds, that's fine), and each guild can work with those prices, +/- up to 20% or whatever. But unless I'm mistaken, there is not one official price list. So until that time, i'll keep basing my prices on what I believe is being offered by other crafters and guilds, including the Angels Guild.and yes, moving this discussion away from my IC Saddlebag Pawn Shop sales would be appreciated.thanks!//
//And he is selling them for what I sell mine at.. the rings and amulets I mean. and to be fair, I'm not a fan of having one guild dictate any sort of prices. The whole idea is for some competition, I think, and I set mine to what they are to try and sell the only thing I can make. I'm not part of a craft guild. If someone wants to pay the extra to the guilds since they are more public and available, fine, but I don't plan on raising my prices for things based on another guild. Infact I'd lower mine, so I have a better chance to sell them
I do agree though that the prices do need some sort of stabilizing. but I also think those that specialize in one thing (the independents) would make sense to be lower... But anyway, maybe we should try and find a agreeable price list (with room for a +10%/-10% adjustment), and have players agree to it like we did with DMOE's Looting Policy. I'd be all for that
