Old Player returning

I have a question for the GM staff.  I have played here for roughly 2 years and then had a falling out and quit playing for awhile.. While I look forward to coming back there maybe a problem. See My computer is almost complete and I can't remember whether or not I uninstalled the game.  If I did I no longer have the books with my CD key in them. while I have no problems spending the 15 bucks for a plat edition of the game I really do not want to start my old characters over again.  So my question is would it be possible to transfer my character's files from one cd key to another on the server side? I'm sorry I am not sure exactly how it works.

If you remember your bioware login and password, you can still just log in and play. It's not dependent on your CD-Key, which is a good thing since they won't transfer your characters If you ever registered your keys, you can also pick them up in your account at Bioware.

In addition, if you don't remember your password, you can change it on Bioware's web site...provided you still have access to the e-mail account you used when you set up your account at Bioware.  

And Acacea's right...we won't transfer characters for any player for any reason.
