Question about death

My character Tomi Shadowfoot died some months back after a disastrous meeting with some umber hulks and a few vampires.  Well fast forward 8 months and I have reflected on my soul numerous times.. In fact I need to reflect on my passing -8 more times. I believe this is a bug and was wondering how do I go about fixing this death penalty.

A GM can fix that in-game for you. Please check the GM-channel or on irc if a GM is available to fix this

I have unlucky and have not been able to locate a GM when I am on.  So if any GM is on at/around 8pm EDT I need your assistance and would be very grateful.  I am currently needing to reflect -10 more times >.<
