Making player crash

Bio Rain Darus
Player Sil'via

For some reason when I change armor, I make player crash and myself included. It's not every time, but it is a regular thing that I have noticed.

Not sure what could be causing this, but some times it can do this several time in a row on a trip.

Is it possible one of the customization options that you chose is "null"?  It would have shown up while you were working on it, but it may not after you change.  You can tell this if there are any pieces that appear to be missing.

No its a robe option then slightly modified but there was no invisible pieces (null) that I chose.

I get the same thing sometimes with my halfling.  Best method to avoid it is to stop using a hotkey to swap armor out and drop and drag in the inventory screen.  Takes a few extra seconds -- but avoids the crash.

I could routinely crash 50-75% of the party with my F8 key.

I tried that, and unfortunately it did it even with that. Oh and also there is no light effect on the armor, I know that sometime that could be a problem, but I didn't put on on it.

Can you try changing the robe option at some point, if you think it's that?

One possible reason is that the model has too many vertices. When horses approaches the screen, it is not too rare that one get a huge spike and then crashes too. :)

I meant as a test and possibly to figure out if one of the models is problematic.  No need to get depressed!  It's just a game! ;)

Nah it was more in perspective of the char itself, she loves her armor, gotta say she looks good in it too ;)

hum I'll try this tomorrow Since I actually need players with me to see if they crash.
