Omer seeks to purchase the Hempstead Municipal District Tower and get it in the queue to prepare it for occupancy by the: Tower Academy (Guild).
We are hoping for several floors with small and medium sized rooms flexible for a variety of layouts and purposes including classrooms, offices, library etc. On the Ground Floor we plan to greet guests, hold meetings and the larger classes. The upper floors will be used for smaller specialized classes often one-on-one style training.
We would like to have the ground floor be impressive if possible e.g. vaulted ceilings, cool staircase, and cool centerpiece like a fountain.
In general we would like to minimize furniture placed by the tool kit as much as possible so we have the flexibility to configure spaces as our needs change.
