    information leading to the capture and
        slaying of a vicious undead beast.

     The beast has taken the mortal name
                          Laura
     and is a vampire that stalks the night.

  The abomination has reportedly killed and
     taken the blood of countless humans,
                  dwaves and elves.

          Do not become it's next victim.

          All information kept confidential.

        10,000 True reward for information
                   resulting in capture  
         or evidence of a confirmed slaying
    by a good and noble citizen or adventurer

"This Anne is insane!  She's only going to get herself killed...  Why can't they just leave Laura alone..."

He then scribbles on the bottom

I strongly advise you leave Laura be until you get all your facts straight, or you might not live long enough to regret trifling with her...

Don't forget the painful death that she will deal out to those who do not leave her alone...  Please, leave her be...  Nothing good will come of this...

A woman walking through a busy city pauses long enough to note the change to many of the posters. Catching sight of the scrawled message below, she smirks slightly. Thankfully, her expression is hidden both by a blue hood and an invisibility spell. She continues on her way, ignoring the remainder of the posters.

A small squad of undead hunters, led by Anne Ravenwind, was reported to enter the Ire Mountains today.

The Order of the Shining Hand is pleased to report
the destruction of a small group of vampires in the
lower peaks of the Ire Mountains.

Their leader, the one known as Laura, was
not present and did not return to the lair during
our surveillance and raid.  It is believed to still
roam freely across the lands, spreading it's blight.

The 25,000 reward is reinstated for information
directly leading to it's destruction or proof of such
by an honest and goodwilled citizen.

Elohanna looks at the note and shakes her head speaking softly to herself

I fear those that help in this quest are doing so ill advised. Anne has already been advised that Laura no longer possess a threat and yet still persists in this.

Perhaps the Shining Hand himself can do something to stop her.

A new poster is placed over the newer one by a heavily cloaked individual, who runs off soon after in a puff of black...  smoke?

*Having no clear suspects, she carefully sends it to Hunagjin for analysis*
