Long time ago i remember a friend of mine telling me of a card game on this server i was wondering is it still in or was that part removed?

It's still on the server.  You can find one of the card games in Leringard and one in Hlint.

The one in Hlint is no longer there from what I can tell, I know there is one in leringard though.
