It seems that someone who recently held their wedding at North Point forgot to pay for a clean up team to make sure all the guest were safely returned home and that the bar closed at some point so people wouldn't drink themselves to death...

Anyhow I believe that the North Point area on central should be cleaned of npc and placeables left from the wedding of Sallaron and Tegan earlier

There WAS a lot of booze .. perhaps they are still partying? Anyways, my bad, I thought the server had crashed so I hadn't bothered. Cleaning up and shooing away the last of the revellers now!
