Acolytes spread the gifts of Xeen to the masses. They may do this as junior positions within temples or as wandering priests and priestesses. Acolytes may choose to split their time within the temple and travel, but all are expected to perform to the expectation of their superiors. Trials for passage to the Lower Chambers are designed and carried out by Ones in the Sky and usually occur in conjunction with a Night of Flesh and Magic. Trials passed, the acolyte continues as a devotee in their path.

I am just wondering about one thing in this passage, the Night of Flesh and Magic reference what does that cover exactly? A special celebration like it used to be or just some randomly occurring event?

I wish we could retcon some of my dating life as well!  I too have fallen victim to bad choices and CE psychotic mates that didn't work out or make sense.

Don't yell at Lucinda for mating with Corath, and don't call Xeenites Corath-babies.  You can still admonish her for allowing evil people to use magic though, and Xeen for being a hedonistic drunken lush.

I don't really think the roleplay about it needs to change that much. There have always been creation myths, and there are people in both churches who have long said the Lucinda/Corath tale to be exactly that. People say things that aren't true all the time.

Xeen was another deity that I always feared would stray too close to something copyrighted (in this case, Sharess) to really be fixed. I'm happy to have been proven wrong. This is an interesting, more extreme, and ultimately neutral borderline evil take on hedonism, and in my opinion, a huge improvement over the Xeen in the past, and what I previously compared her to .

Congratulations , for representing a concept better than the acclaimed 'masters'.
