Stuck in Battlehelm Moors

Zahid Al Safi is stuck in the Battlehelm Moors. Game crashed while I was exploring there. I've tried logging in several times since on two different machines, but every time the screen is about to load the game crashes again. Any ideas on a fix?

Sometimes it helps to turn off like all visual effects and the like, like shiny water, shadow rendering, etc.

If nothing helps you can always poke a GM or IRC. They helped me when I crashed there last time and nothing of the above mentioned fixed me
